Well I went to the local Dodge dealership and was a little shocked. They had the 29k Challenger, was really nice. We sat down and with 5k down, financing for 60 months was 680/month. I asked about the 21k SE, and the salesman said they arent around until November? Anyone have any info on this? Ive been looking all over and had thought they where out already.
See if they can order you a $22k model... and shop around for better interest rate on your loan. AT that payment you are getting dinged 13% interest. Find a good credit and you might be able to find 6 or 7%. That would bring payments down to a more managable 580 to 600 month assuming a $30k loan. I assumed the $5k down is covering tax and license etc..
ALSO... $22k borrowed at 6 or 7% should get you at about a 425 to 435 a month.
