McCain picked his VP today and from all places Alaska. Its someone I have known and been friends with for 20 years. Her Husband and I raced snowmachines together.

When I saw Sarah standing next to McCain it was so strange. She is one of the purest people I have ever known, and to see her as VP of the united states would be in all peoples interest. She uncovered the corruption in Alaska politics that involved nearly 50% of those in office. She got the new natrual gas pipeline passed through in Alaska that may solve much of the dependence on other countrys for an energy source. Alaska rallys around her for the increase of oil drilling / production. She went from PTA to politics in Wasilla Alaska, to Governor of the state in a little over 10 years. 44 years old, and one of the smartest people I ever called friend.

Just wierd to see someone I have known for so long running for VP.....

He is not just a racer. He is a world champ. In Alaska we have a race called the Iron Dog. Each team is two machines and riders.... 2000 miles. From Anchorage to Nome, and back. Todd Palin is a good guy, and has won the race a few times.

Regardless of what happens now... History will be made, and we need that. Either Obama will be our first black pres, or Sarah will be the first female VP.

She would ROCK Washington DC if she is elected. I could not think of any other person in public office that would fight the status quo more then Sarah.
